Just what every male sex toy needs - antlers!
Merry Christmas from Rubbot.
We've been busy since the Rubbot VS Beer video. If you were paying close attention you may have noticed that we've already started to refine the industrial design and turned a second set of plastics.
Since the prototype proved our concept and exceeded expectations, we're focusing down to the details and have revamped the whole layout.
Here's sketch of the concept used for the new direction - keep in mind we're trying to keep the thing as small as possible, for a male sex toy, while accommodating the mechanisms and such.
The lower spheres will add stability and make some room for the moving parts inside.
Speaking of moving parts, we're adding a few new features for maximum male sex toy enjoyment!

I would think that it would have to have some sort of vibrating motion, plus a "jerking" forward and back motion.
Otherwise I don't think it would do much.
There will probably be a pressure function as well. It would be a "gripping/Tight" feel.
At least thats what would work for most.
They should add a ball grabber to it. JK

for those talking about speed and length of stroke, speed and 'force' can be done relatively easily by adding a potentiometer (variable resistor) to the circut.

Talking about the potentometer - wouldn't that involve little "twisty knobs" or a spinner similar to volume control on an old walkman on the outer perimeter of the rubbot somewhere?...
Not only would the aesthetics be changed, but the need to have a "hands-on" area where the controls would be bundled? I mean this idea to control the frequency/potency of certain functions is wise, but the engineer and designers have their work cut out.... wooooh boy... I guess that's why they get paid the big bucks~
or you could put the potentiometer on a remote control, and store the battery there... it would likely make the rubbot itself smaller, but with an added remote control and wire.
