I've been remiss in my writing duties - sorry guys. The design for the best sextoy in the world is coming together quite nicely though ;)
There is one design element I've been angst'ing over - and hope to get some feedback about. On one side we've got a happy donut. On the other side we've got a randy horde waiting to squeeze into one and take a ride on the fun train. So the question is, how do we make the donut fit snugly onto all guys from pee-wee to magnum?
In truth, there are a number of ways we accommodate variable sizes and each method has it's advantages and disadvantages. In order to make the best sex toy for men of most sizes we need to know what variation we're looking at. In the end we'll have to design around the 80% who have average penis size and Pee-wee or Magnum will have to seek enjoyment the old-fashioned way - homemade style with an apple pie.
We have a homework asignment for you this week!
1) Print: Click on the colorful image (to the right) to download the PDF. The PDF will print accurately and to scale (make sure you have "scaling" turned off in your print menu).
2) Measure: Get yourself excited, however you like, and place your schlong over the printed image. Determine your penis size for both length and girth by the colors you've managed to block out. . . for instance, if you can't see any green that means you're yellow, etc.
3) Submit Results: Take the penis size poll for girth and length. If it makes you feel more comfortable, "sign out" and take the poll as an anonymous user.
Be honest, it's for your own good trust me!

My size was a previously an "inconsistant" problem. I have in the past been yellow in lenghth (6"), my girth was yellow (6"). But since my Dr. has put me on permanent testosterone treatments due to low levels (wahoo!), after my first 8 weeks, my lenghth is still yellow (but 7" now), the girth is still yellow (6"), and my head has grown to red, (7"). I hope this helps. The prior measurements were taken 4 years ago when purchasing a Venus 2000.
any others taper in girt? Joe avg at base.. tapers to svelte at the tip.
it shouldn't be a problem - we've got several strategies for gripping and grabbing ; )

Well within the average, Girth is close to bertha, but still avg. as well.
Guess the lady friend will have to think she is with a good size for a little while longer while I wait to be picked as a beta tester.
Does it work on old guys? In conjunction with my Cialis? I still get erections and ejaculate but it is a labor of love. How I envy my youth when I couls do it ]6 times a night with 3 different patners. No complaints but anxious to try your product. maybe just a short test or two?

I'll confess to being *ju-u-ust barely* large enough to hide the green area, which puts me right at 3" x 5", I guess, on the small side of average.
Way to destroy illusions, guys.
But the standard fleshlight works for me, so I have confidence that Rubbot will too. Even if I no longer have confidence I'll be chosen when you beta-test.
I think the girth is gonna matter more in the final product than length, since it's gonna grip you rather than jerk you.

Don't know if you are still collecting data but I want to make sure it fits me
green in length and yellow in girth (but just bearly)
Around 5" for me, and I forget the circumference, but as far as length goes, if you are going to have a separate box for a controller of sorts (and as has been suggested already, for a batter pack as well), perhaps one of the controls should be about how far the toy moves up and down, which would allow you to make it within a bigger range.
Perhaps you should eliminate the slogans on the penis measuring printout. I'm willing to bet 100% of people using the chart will round up when faced with being a "shorty" or a "regular". The chart should be value neutral to get the most accurate results.
heres a solution to the "size" and "grip" issues... it can have a mini compressor in it that allows it to "fit"... can be a "manual" fit process so that the "user" can adjust it himself.
I'm not going to bother to print. I've been a teenager, and I've done all the measuring.
I'm right above average, at 6-3/4" in length, and 5" in circumference.
I'm curious not just about size (I'm hoping for a system that can adjust to a degree to create greater and lesser pressure), but how this will deal with circumcised versus uncircumcised. I am, unfortunately, circumcised, but undergoing restoration (which is why I know my circumference). How this works around that would be interesting.
I'm not to sure your size is correct in the length measurement. Any site where I've read the proper way to measure the length, it's done from the top of the shaft at the base of the pubic bone out. Using that measurement makes quite a bit of difference compared to your method.
I was in the Navy years ago. Have seen quite a few in which case I would sure consider my self average. Unless I'm shrinking from old age, and lack of use!
ya, i see what you mean. it is a bit confusing using the printout method. the thinking was that you'd fold the paper (on the line) and align it with your pubic bone/shaft intersection. . . anyway, it's basically a colorful ruler

The question is.. are you guys who are 8 inchers measuring from behind your balls? So where does the base of the penis actually start? Seems to me like it's up inside my body... so... if you measure in front of your balls.. how far back to you push them.
Maybe it would be more accurate to measure the top of the penis extended out from the body at a right angle when you are standing up.

The length measured should be of insertable useage.
In other words, if it can't be plunged into something then it should not be included in the measurement.

we're going to try and accommodate the widest range possible but it will be based around the average size. so there's two things we're trying to determine; 1) what is the average 2) how big is the range

i think the whole "average penis size" thing is a result of the math - but 8 inches does seem above average, or at least i hope it is. . .
it makes sense that an automated masturbator, auto stroker, male sex toy or whatever you're calling it; catering to the averages would be the way to go.
you're guys's measuring technique is much easier. i printed an iron-on and made it into a tee-shirt with a "i am here" dot.

I agree... it got smaller as I got older. Actually, I'm not sure if it was from age or from lack of use. Maybe they should study the effect of years married on penis size. After 20 years of marriage, well let's just say it no longer has a reason to get up in the morning.

Not all guys "hang". Some shrink, nearly becoming an "innie" and then when becoming erect, become quite large. Some however, merely "grow harder", never really gaining any length, just go from soft to hard, upon erection.
