I know you're all anxious to find out about the beta testing results. For me, though, it's time to relax.
My little babies are out in the world, finding their own way. I can kick back and wait for the feedback and the subsequent barrage of design refinements.
Many of you have asked to see more video and/or pictures of our budding male sex toy creation.
I took some time to dig through the archives and put together a little montage.
Remember the scenes where Rocky was training to fight Apollo Creed? Well it's kind of like that. Except in a male sex toy development kind of way. . .
Some previously unreleased footage is mixed in with some of the classics, including a cameo by Sport the dog.

Because you needed more ideas and another thing to think about...
This thing of beauty has enormous potential but wait what about (and this could very well be a v2 or v3 thing) the possibility of the arms move independently or opposed, by control, the possibilities of sensation would be nearly limitless. Take this under suggestion only of course but as I'm sure you have take note of how many revisions versions and options are now packed into "rabbit" vibes...

I used to test software in Silicon Valley, and was a certified Emergency Medical Technical Instructor/Coordinator and IV Tech, former USMC Company Aid Man and Navy Hospital Corpsman. Now if that doesn't overqualify me to be a beta-tester, then what does?
Keeping my fingers crossed, this thing looks much better than the crappy strokers on the market!
You know, I was watching some porn yesterday and I got to playing with myself when I looked over a saw a back massager that the wife and I own. We usually just use it for our backs and whatever else ales us except for once in a while my wife will use it to play with herself. So, I started to use on myself and thought that it seems like it would feel similar to how the Rubbot in the video might feel. That damn massager felt pretty damn good, and I thought to myself that if the Rubbot feels anything like that massager or better, especially it being hands free, it will be worth the wait. So, I guess I'm saying that these guys seem to have put a great deal of time, thought, and effort into this project. Be patient fellas. I'm sure that they will share beta results soon enough. In the mean time keep your pole hard and keep stroking.
No question. I would like to know if it worked or not. If it didn't work, our feed back on this might help, and if we really are the main source of info/suggestions for this project we should be kept in the loop.
So...... where's the update? It's been a month already... or has the beta been so successful that the testers are unable to make it back to their computers for updates

if i am thinking total doom scenario, i'd say it did not work.
Though i hope and will keep hoping it's just a temporairy hiccup in the development process...
Rubbotters, Rubbot builders, i think i voice the opinion of the community when i say we'd like to be kept in the loop so far as possible. For better or for worse.

Thanks for the update on how things are progressing & a little more info in the video on how it actually works, it really perks my attention even more now that i get a better idea. Good luck testers & make us proud.

Wow. It looks like an incredible amount of work and thought went into the Rubbot. I hope I win the lottery and make into round 2 of beta testing;)
I still wish we could get a clip of the thing "in action", even if it was climbing a rubber pole or something.

So, are you still using an air bladder setup, or will you be going with disposable foam/rubber inserts, a la Tenga/Nue? This video seems to show both?

oh - to answer your other question, the air bladder is on the backburner. we really want to include it, but it's been a bastard to get working properly. . . and safely. so, to prevent the whole thing from being further delayed we're leaving it out for now and focusing on a variety of different inserts like the foam/rubber and some other interesting materials.

Ok, great to hear! I've talked to people about using air bladders for a number of odd, horribly perverted reasons over the years, and no one really seems to be able to settle on a good automated solution. I hope you guys have some luck in it someday.
